The Broad Construction team working on the Eagle Farm TAFE project in Brisbane recently hosted a site tour for senior female members from its corporate team and projects around the State.
The group toured the site, where Broad Construction is currently delivering a cutting-edge Robotics and Advanced Manufacturing Centre, gaining an in-depth look at the complexities of the project.
Broad Construction Human Resources Manager Latika Mahar emphasised the importance of the site visits.
“These visits are key in helping our female leaders connect, exchange insights, and build a strong informal network, especially as many work across different offices and projects.”
After the tour, the Broad Construction tour group sat down with the project’s Senior Project Engineer Flora Song and Project Manager Craig MacNair to debrief and ask questions.
Broad Construction is committed to enabling gender equality across its operations and providing safe, inclusive and diverse workplaces with equal career opportunities.
