Broad Construction has successfully completed its 2022 Quality campaign, with all project teams and subcontractors holding focussed discussions on our Quality Principles and why they are so important.
The Quality Principles support all employees to consider project outcomes from planning to execution. The principles are:
- Plan the work
- Know what to do and what good looks like
- Deliver the design
- Keep your eye on the work
- You sign it, you own it
- Review and see what can be done better next time.

“The aim of the Quality Campaign was to remind our teams, and the sub-contractors they work with, of the importance of quality. On our project sites we stopped and took the time to hold formal sessions on the importance of quality, with examples highlighted and Quality Rewards being awarded to recognise outstanding performance.”
