Broad Construction has completed Karingal Green, a new and state-of-the-art residential aged care home for Hall & Prior.
Located in Perth’s eastern suburbs, Karingal Green offers 160 beds and is especially notable for the premium fit out delivered by Broad with facilities including a cinema, library, café, hydrotherapy pool, gym and beauty salon all available to residents.
Construction commenced in July 2018 and the building was completed with zero lost time injuries.
