Situated 35km north-west of the Sydney CBD in the hills district lies the Gracewood Kellyville Community Living development.
Gracewood Kellyville is part of an eight stage, $170 million development, of which we undertook Stage 1. That included much of the infrastructure required for the larger development, including utility service mains; administration offices; swimming pool; cafe; and recreation facility.
The crux of the work involved the construction of 73, one, two and three bedroom community village units in two, five-storey buildings, complete with basement car parking, village clubhouse, community services facilities and associated site works and services.
Additionally, we completed an apartment and access areas early for the client to use as a display for prospective purchasers and as a benchmark for quality.
Broad has also rejuvenated a critically endangered habitat, Cumberland Plains Woodland which forms part of the site.
