Strong, transparent and accountable governance ensures the health of Broad.

As a subsidiary of CPB Contractors, which is the construction arm of the CIMIC Group, Broad has adopted the CIMIC Group’s Code of Conduct.

The Code sets the foundation for the way we work.

It provides a clear and simple outline of the standards of behaviour that we expect from each of us as individuals, together as one company, and as part of a stronger aligned CIMIC Group.

The Code is consistent with our CIMIC Group principles of Integrity, Accountability, Innovation and Delivery. It helps define what we can expect from each other and guides us in our ethical responsibilities.

In accordance with the Code, a confidential Ethics Line has been introduced to allow our people to report in good faith any concerns about an actual or potential breach of the Code.

The Ethics Line is an external, independent service operated by a recognised international business risk consultancy. It is staffed by highly trained consultants with access to a comprehensive interpreter service covering all the regions and languages where we operate. All reports made to this service are treated confidentially.
