Broad’s leadership team are highly experienced and dedicated professionals who oversee Broad’s national operation.
Camillo Masci was appointed General Manager of Broad Construction in June 2017.
With more than 28 years’ experience, Camillo was most recently a leader with our parent company, CIMIC Group’s CPB Contractors, before joining the Broad team.
Camillo’s expertise in end-to-end project delivery is extensive and includes the development of innovative and cost-effective design and construction methodologies, value-add engineering solutions, and rigorous safety and subcontractor management.
Throughout his career, Camillo has delivered highly technical and challenging construction projects across the major social, commercial and industrial building sectors.
Camillo’s ability to bring together agile, innovative and committed project teams ensures certainty of delivery and quality assets of long-term value for our partners and clients.
A respected member of the building industry, Camillo is committed to a disciplined approach to bidding for and delivering work, and in ensuring Broad’s sustainable future.Camillo has a Bachelor of Applied Science, Construction Management (Distinction) from the Queensland University of Technology.
Martin plays a key role in leading Broad’s WA operation to drive efficiency and effectiveness and to achieve successful outcomes for the business and its stakeholders.
Martin joined Broad in 2013 as Lead Commercial Manager. His responsibilities as Regional Manager – Western Australia involve strengthening and supporting Broad by focusing on efficient and effective delivery of our clients’ projects.
Martin has over 31 years of experience in the construction industry, including commercial and operational experience in senior leadership roles. He has a strong knowledge base of construction and contracts and has worked in sectors such as mining, oil and gas, rail and infrastructure within Australia and the United Kingdom.
A Certified Public Accountant, Tim leads the finance and accounts team covering Broad’s WA and QLD portfolio and brings to Broad over 25 years of experience in the field of finance and administration.
Tim oversees accounting, finance, tax and risk management for the Group and ensures compliance with external stakeholders. He plays an active role in the financial planning of the company, drawing on his knowledge and expertise to drive key areas of focus and facilitate operational efficiency across the business.
Previous to Broad Tim held the position of Finance and Administration Manager at Thiess Australia.
Neill Baxter has a breadth of construction experience across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, offshore, civil, retail and refurbishment. He is a results driven individual who continually looks for improvement in process and performance.
As Regional Manager – Queensland, Neill oversees all operational elements and forms part of Broad’s Senior Leadership Team.
Open communication is a key element of Neill’s management style. He is a team player who leads by example, supporting the team in their capabilities and ensuring the company builds and sustains effective relationships and partnerships.
His experience in the construction industry spans commercial management, business development, construction operations and pre-contracts; resulting in a very sound market understanding.
Prior to commencing with Broad in July 2013, Neill managed a mid-tier construction company and before that worked for a builder/developer in New South Wales where he established their business in Queensland. Neill also worked for Leighton Asia for seven years, across various locations.
Brian’s decades of experience in the construction industry have resulted in him developing a strong reputation in strategic SHEQ leadership. He has worked on high profile and high value construction projects, including a portfolio of new build projects valued at over £500 million in the UK, and in a lead SHEQ role within the build-up and overlay works for London’s 2012 Olympic and Paralympics games.
Joining Broad in November 2012, and in his current position as National SHEQ Manager, Brian is delivering cultural change initiatives and innovative programs designed to enhance awareness, accountability and compliance across the business.
His leadership style empowers people to reach their full potential, while also ensuring positive outcomes against Broad’s strategic objectives.
Brian is a Chartered Professional Member of the Safety Institute of Australia, a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, and a Fellow Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management. In October 2014, he was recognised at the WA WorkSafe 2014 Work Safety Awards for Best Individual Contribution to Workplace Safety and Health.

One of these leaders is Edward (Ed) Dunne, who joined Broad in 2013 as Pre Contracts Manager.
Ed brings more than 20 years’ experience, having led a wide range of projects across Australia and Europe within the building, commercial, residential, health and accommodation sectors.
Ed’s well respected for his ability to think laterally and substantively to develop best-practice solutions that exceed expectations.
Leading Broad’s Pre Contracts team, Ed works closely with our business developers, estimators and designers to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Through his expertise and leadership, Ed is helping to ensure Broad remains a successful and sustainable business.
Jarrod joined Broad in February 2004 as a marketing consultant. He soon moved into the role of business development manager and in 2014 acquired the national role.
Jarrod’s responsibilities involve identifying suitable projects, providing feasibilities and liaising with architects and consultants, and presenting to investors. He now has an overarching national responsibility to identify upcoming projects and ensure we have the right team to win the job.
Prior to joining Broad, Jarrod was construction manager and preferred builder for Australian Fast Foods Pty Ltd (Chicken Treat and Red Rooster throughout WA, SA and NT).
Jarrod has also been involved in various commercial and residential projects throughout Western Australia.
Latika leads Broad’s Human Resources function, providing end to end HR and IR support nationally to Broad.
Her experience spans multiple HR domains such as performance reviews, learning and development, workforce planning, industrial relations and organisation development.
Latika is driven by people and engagement strategy. With more than 10 years’ experience in senior human resources roles, she provides a valuable international perspective and is adaptable to diverse cultures having worked closely with people across Australia, US, South Africa, China, and India.
Latika holds a Master of Business Administration (Human Resources) and a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science).
